Before making a reservation, you must first sign our online Practice Module Contract. Once you make a reservation, visit the main level of Old Cabell Hall and exchange your UVA ID for a key. Make sure to take the correct key, and never take a key unless you have a reservation! Keep track of the time and return the key before the end of your reservation to ensure you do not to interfere with the next reservation's start time. Currently reservations cannot be longer than 2 hours, and may not be made more than 2 weeks in advance.
UVA IDs are required
Mon-Fri Mondules are restricted to music majors, those enrolled in a music class or are taking private lessons through the Music Dept, and those in a curricular ensemble. This includes those auditioning to be in a curricular ensemble.
Sat & Sun Modules are open to those with a UVA ID
Module 8 is reserved exclusively for harp students at all times, including when all other modules are unavailable
